  1. What type of credit cards do you accept online?

    Currently our online ordering system accepts Visa and MasterCard.

  2. When will I receive my order?

    Products will ship upon availability and are subject to backorder. However, most order ship within 4 business days.

  3. Do you accept International orders?

    Innotek® welcomes orders shipping to addresses in the U.S., Canada, possessions and territories of the United States. For International ordering assistance please go to our International Dealers section.

  4. Where can I find an Innotek® dealer in my country?

    To find a dealer in your region, follow the links from our International page.

  5. I am a member of the U.S. Military or work for the federal government, and I have an APO or FPO address, can I order from your site?

    If you are ordering from a military or federal government installation overseas and you have an APO or FPO address, you can order online. Please be sure to include your APO or FPO address when you enter your payment and shipping information.

  6. How do I know that my transaction is secure and that my information won't be shared with third parties?

    Our web site uses encryption to protect your ordering information and credit card number during and after the ordering process. This is done to protect you from unauthorized use of the information you are sending to our server. To make sure you have the latest security features on your browser download and install the latest version of your favorite browser, Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Communicator.

  7. Is my order subject to state sales tax?

    Residents of Indiana, Michigan, and Tennessee will be subject to Indiana's 7% sales tax. California residents will be charged 6.25% sales tax, and Canadian residents 6%. Residents of areas other than Indiana, Michigan, Tennessee, California, or Canada will not be charged sales tax.

  8. What is your return policy?

    100% satisfaction is our ultimate goal. All products purchased directly from Innotek carry a 90-day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase form Innotek within 90 days of original purchase, simply call us toll free at 1-800-826-5527 for a return authorization (RMA) number. Shipping charges are not refundable. All returns which do not have a RMA number written on the outside of the package will be returned to the customer. Please ship your return product through a traceable carrier. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in shipping.

    REFUSED ORDERS In the event that a delivery is refused on an order, credit will be issued for the amount of the product shipped. Shipping charges are not refundable. Credit will be issued after complete product inspection.

  9. What are your shipping and handling charges?

    All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless requested otherwise.

    $0.00 - $25.00 = $7.95
    $25.01 - $50.00 = $9.95
    $50.01 - $75.00 = $11.95
    $75.01 - $100.00 = $13.95
    $100.01 - $200.00 = $15.95
    $200.01 - $300.00 = $18.95
    Over $300.00 = $21.95
    All UPS 2nd Day Shipping add an additional $ 20.00
    All UPS 1 Day Shipping add an additional $ 30.00

  10. Do you provide a UPS Tracking Number online?

    Currently we do not provide a UPS Tracking number to our customers ordering online. We are currently in the process of developing this feature for online use.
